Bio


Eddie Thrash, was born in Chicago IL, and raised in rural Georgia. His Uncle Clyde Eddie Peterson, Eddie's namesake, was a gospel recording artist who sang with Sam Cooke and Cooke's brother in the early days. Uncle Clyde encouraged Eddie's musical development.

Eddie composes, arranges and produces music, as well as plays acoustic, electric lead, and rhythm guitars. He has had Ray Obiedo, Latin Jazz producer, and Nelson Braxton of the Braxton Brothers, co-produce two of his albums. He has featured vocalists Adriana Moreno of Brazil, and Richard Howell on Say Thank You and Familiar Places.

He has co-written, arranged, and produced both the title track of Lam'b Bride for Tim Davis and Bright on Mike Marshall's Love Lies and Life.

He is currently working on a new CD, The Cat's Meow, which will include animation of The Adventures of Cool Blue, one cool cat.
